The Capstone Association Management Homeowner and Board App offers a comprehensive mobile solution designed to facilitate interaction with your community association. The application enables users to perform transactions, review account details, and access essential community information conveniently from their mobile devices.

Existing users with login credentials for the association website can access the app using the same email address and password. For new users or those without current login credentials, the registration process involves clicking the register button, submitting required information, and awaiting approval. Upon approval, an email will be sent with a link to set your password, after which you can log in directly through the app.

If you already possess login credentials but have forgotten your password, select the "Forgot Password" option, enter your email address to request a reset, and follow the instructions in the email received. Once your password has been reset, you will be able to log in using your email and new password.

Once authenticated, homeowners can access a range of features including:

• Switching between multiple property accounts
• Homeowner Dashboard
• Viewing association documents
• Accessing association directories
• Viewing photo galleries
• Contactting the association via the Contact Us page
• Payment processing for assessments
• Reporting violations with the ability to add comments and submit photos taken via mobile device
• Submitting ACC (Architectural Control Committee) requests, including attachments and images
• Reviewing homeowner ledger details
• Submitting work orders and tracking their status, adding comments and photos as needed
